PROPOSED CONDITIONAL uSE PERMIT <br />CROSS OF HOPE LUi~i~4%N Ch"jRCH <br /> <br />On , 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Cross of Hope <br />Lut~era~'Church for an expansion to the existing church facility at 5730 <br />179th Avenue N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> The West 10 acres of the East 20 acres of Lot 1, Auditor's subdivision <br /> · 2 Anoka County, Minnesota; subject to the rights of <br /> No. 27 in Section , .......... ~7. subject to easement to <br /> public in and to County State ~a Mlg~=3 , <br /> Anoka Electric Cooperative Association as recorded in Book 174, page <br /> 261 as Document No. 99354. <br /> This permit is issued in accordance with Section 170.013D of the Ramsey <br /> City Code. This permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br /> conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit <br /> are as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The expansion shall be constructed in accordance with the building <br /> plans submitted to and approved by the City Building Official. <br /> 2. No construction shall commence prior to issuance of a building <br /> permit. <br /> 3. That all disturbed areas shall be restored with sod or seed. <br /> 4. That the church shall maintainoff-street parking spaces. <br /> Such off-street parking spaces shall' be surfaced with concrete or <br /> bit~inous · <br /> <br />Representatives of the Cross of Hope Lutheran Church hereby acknowledge <br />receipt of this conditional use permit and acknowledge that they have <br />reviewed the conditions of this permit and have agreed that they will cause <br />compliance with the terms of this permit. <br />CROSS OF HOPE LUIItERAN CRTrRCH: <br /> <br /> Its: <br />Its: <br /> <br /> <br />
