Jerry Noller is requesting a metes and bounds subcl~lslon of his <br />property located north of Trott Brook and Brookview Estates and southwest <br />of Riverwood Hills Plat I. The parcel is approximately 30 acres in size. <br />A~cess to the property is provided by a 66 foot wide private easement <br />extending 1300 feet frc~ 177th Avenue N.W. to the site. <br />Mr. Noller is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision to split this <br />parcel into 3 lots, each approximately 10 acres in size. Noller's request <br /> <br />Observations: <br />This property was previously owned by Mr. Harold Phelps. In 1983, Mr. <br />Phelps applied to the City for a variance from the City Code to build one <br />residential structure on the subject property. At that time, the City <br />Council granted Mr. Phelps permission to build one residential structure on <br />the subject property.
