Fuchs' is proposing to take 150 feet from <br />the northerly lot, which is approximately 5.6 acres, and combine it with <br />the southern lot, which is approximately one acre. Mr. Fuchs is requesting <br />this subdivision as a barn constructed in the early 1970's is located on <br />the property line of these two lots.
