INFORMATION ITEMS <br /> <br />CASE #13: <br /> <br />At its meeting on April 12, 1988, the City Council took the following <br />action: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Set a meeting for 7:30 p.m., Thursday, May 19, 1988, to discuss the <br />realignment of the Burlington Northern Railroad with affected <br />property owners; <br /> <br /> b) Approved the site plan for the proposed Amoco Station provided <br /> access from State Hwy. #47 is provided to both the Amoco site and <br /> the property immediately north of that; <br /> <br />c) Approved Mr. Jon Rambosek's request for preliminary plat approval <br /> of Rambosek Red Oak Estates; <br /> <br />d) Approved Mr. Dave Schulte's re~]~uest for preliminary plat approval <br /> of Oakwood Hills; <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />f) <br /> <br />g) <br /> <br />Approved a request by Ms. Kris Fluegel and Ms. Sarah Sawyer for <br />City participation in their proposed project; <br /> <br />Approved F~. John Noard's request for site plan review and City <br />participation in his proposed expansion; <br /> <br />Approved Mr. George Carlson's request for preliminary approval of <br />his developaent; and <br /> <br />h) Introduced an ordinance amending park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />At its meeting on April 26, 1988, the City Council took the following <br />action: <br /> <br /> a) Authorized execution of a development agreement with Waste <br /> ~nagement of ¥~nnesota for a ski hill facility; <br /> <br />b) Scheduled a meeting with the Fire Safety Committee for 7:00 p.m., <br /> May 11, 1988 to discuss that Committee's activities; <br /> <br />c) Scheduled a meeting with the Airoort Commission for 8:00 p.m., May <br /> ii, 1988 to review the results o~ the A~ril 19 election; <br /> <br />d) Approved David Hauan's request for a conditional use permit to <br /> construct a recretaion center and advertising sign; <br /> <br />e) ~®proved R/chard Sybrant's preliminary plat of the North Forty <br /> Contingent upon an additional] access to the east or north; ~nd <br /> <br />f) APProved plans and specifications = ~ <br /> -- _ ~o~ public site L~pr~Tements for <br /> ~ River Terrace apartment project. <br /> <br />q? <br /> <br /> <br />
