PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> UNITED POWER ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />, 198_, a conditlonal use permit was issued to United <br /> on the <br /> <br />On <br />Power Association to construct and operate an electrical substation <br />property legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> The northwest 1.6 acres of PIN: 23-32-25-41-0005, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey. City <br />Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so )ong as <br />the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br />permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1.
