TODD ELOFSON <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />CASE ~6: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Todd Elofson is requesting site plan review of his proposed commercial <br />development located on the south side of Rwy. #i0, immediately west of <br />Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />Mr. Elofson is proposing to construct a 40,000 square foot commercial <br />retail facility. This facility will be constructed in two phases and will <br />include two separate buildings. The structures will be of concrete block <br />with a decorative facade.
