PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF KAMSEy <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Thursday, July 7, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />fir. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Jim Holm <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular Planning and Zoning meeting to order <br />at 8:30 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by ComMissioner Hendriksen to <br />approve the agenda with the following adjustment: <br /> <br />Case ~18 will be discussed as the first order of business. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes~ Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Terry, <br />Shumway, LaDue, Howell and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Commissioner Holm. <br /> <br />¢0MMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case ~18: Discuss Schedulin? A Snec{at Meeting: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by ComMissioner Hendriksen to <br />schedule a special Planning and Zoning Commission meeting for Wednesday, <br />July 13, 1988 at 7:30 p.M. to complete any unaddressed cases from the July <br />7 agenda.
