Gobernatz provided it can be accomplished within the guidelines of City <br />Ordinance s. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: The Commission noted that the son will have to have <br />the 2.5 acre lot surveyed in order to build a home on it; a mini plat would <br />involve the added cost to have the entire 40 acres survey. Chairman <br />Zimmerman requested that the City Attorney check into the legallity of <br />177th Avenue as a public road. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Mr. Raudio is <br />proposing to subdivide this into 3 lots and extend Ferret Street to provide <br />access. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />recommend approval of Mr. Art Raudio's sketch plan to resubdivide Lots 1, <br />Block 1, NY-10 Ramsey 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
