Case ~2: Discuss Altron Tax Increment Project: Mr. Hartley presented a preliminary development agreement for the Altron tax increment project. Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to enter into a preliminary development agreement with Altron, Inc. to prepare plans and specifications for site improvements to be financed with tax increment financing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None.
