<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #23-139 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF “COR FOUR” <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1. Aldi Inc., hereinafter referred to as the “Permittee” has properly applied for final plat <br />approval on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, COR TWO, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> (“Subject Property”) <br /> <br />2. That the City of Ramsey is the fee owner of the Subject Property with the intent to <br />subdivide it and sell one lot to the Permittee for the purpose of constructing a retail grocery <br />store. <br /> <br />3. That the Planning Commission was scheduled to review the proposal at its meeting on June <br />22, 2023, but the meeting was canceled due to lack of quorum. <br /> <br />4. That the public hearing for the proposal was re-advertised for the City Council meeting. <br /> <br />5. That the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of “COR FOUR” on July 11, 2023. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the final plat of “COR FOUR” <br />and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the plat. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Specht, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
