<br />4. Compliance with Staff comments as noted in ProjectDox incorporated into the building <br />permit plans. <br /> <br />5. That a separate building permit and sign permits are required. <br /> <br />6. Signs shall be allowed on all four sides of the building in the sizes and areas shown on the <br />architectural plans dated June 12, 2023. <br /> <br />7. The freestanding pylon sign shall be located near the intersection of Armstrong Boulevard <br />th <br />NW and Sunwood Drive (147 Avenue NW) shall be shared between the user on Lot 1 <br />and a user on Lot 2. This sign is limited to 50 feet in height with a sign area of 150 square <br />feet. <br /> <br />8. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br /> <br />9.
