<br />Councilmember Howell introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #23-157 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #23-20, COR MASS <br />GRADING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to construct infrastructure improvements <br />within The COR; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #22-241, adopted October 25, <br />2022, the City Council authorized Bolton & Menk, Inc. to complete The COR Public <br />Infrastructure and Wetland Analysis proposals; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, Inc. prepared The COR Public Infrastructure Design <br />Services proposal outlining their scope of services and fee estimate for design services associated <br />with public infrastructure improvements in The COR. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves plans prepared by Bolton and Menk, Inc. <br /> <br />2) The Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the advertisement of bids for City <br />Improvement Project #23-20, COR Mass Grading. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Riley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
