<br />Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #23-136 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND SITE PLAN FOR BUNKER LAKE <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK FOURTH ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PSD, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for Site <br />Plan and Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />rd <br />Outlot A, Bunker Lake Industrial Park 3 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Or upon platting: <br /> <br />Lots 1-2, Block 1, Bunker Lake Industrial Park Fourth Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />(the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat and Site Plan of Bunker Lake <br />Industrial Park on July 11, 2023. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Final Plat and Site Plan for Bunker <br />Lake Industrial Park Fourth Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Compliance with the Staff’s review comments. <br />b) Approval by the City Engineer and City Attorney. <br />c) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />d) That the development of Lot 2 is still subject to Site Plan review. <br />e) The Developer obtaining the necessary permit(s) from the Lower Rum River Watershed <br />Management Organization. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />
