..OARD OF AWUSTMENT <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANCKA COUNTY <br />i STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on Wednesday, <br />April 27, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. George Pepek's request for a variance to <br />construct a garage in front of the principal structure. <br />Members Present: Mr. Roy Shumway, Chairman <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Building Official Elvin Erickson <br />Members Absent: Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman shumway called the public hearing to order at 7:02 p.m. <br />Mr. George Pepek was present. <br />There was no citizen input. <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br />Notion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman shumway, Commissioners Zimmerman, <br />Holm and Terry. Voting No: None.
