GRANT OF PERMANENT EASEMENT <br />RAMSEY PROPERTIES, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company <br />("Grantor"), in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the <br />receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("Grantee"), a permanent, non-exclusive easement <br />for storm sewer purposes over, under and across land owned by Grantor and legally described and <br />depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />Signature Page Follows. <br />
