Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-157 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #23-20, COR MASS <br />GRADING <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to construct infrastructure improvements within The <br />COR; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #22-241, adopted October 25, 2022, the <br />City Council authorized Bolton & Menk, Inc. to complete The COR Public Infrastructure and Wetland <br />Analysis proposals; and <br />WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, Inc. prepared The COR Public Infrastructure Design Services <br />proposal outlining their scope of services and fee estimate for design services associated with public <br />infrastructure improvements in The COR. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves plans prepared by Bolton and Menk, Inc. <br />2) The Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the advertisement of bids for City Improvement <br />Project #23-20, COR Mass Grading. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Riley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
