This proposal will outline the Scope of Services and provide estimated costs for the proposed work. Project Information Bolton & Menk, Inc. is requesting engineering services for the proposed Ramsey COR Area Development in Ramsey, Minnesota. This includes general information for Site mass grading for future development use and pavement construction for the future developments at the referenced Site. Purpose The purpose of our geotechnical evaluation will be to characterize subsurface geologic conditions at selected exploration locations, evaluate their impact on the project, and provide geotechnical recommendations for the design and construction of general site grading and pavements. The objective of the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is to evaluate the Site for the presence of recognized environmental conditions (RECs) related to its current and historical uses, and permit a user to satisfy one of the requirements to qualify for the innocent landowner, contiguous property owner, or bona fide prospective purchaser limitations on CERCLA liability (hereinafter, the "landowner liability protections," or "LLPs"). that is, the practice that constitutes all appropriate inquiries.
