CENTER STREET AREA FRAMEWORK + POLICY PLAN <br />Restroom + Maintenance Bldg <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />A proposed Restroom + Maintenance Building will be sided with the same materials as the <br />adjacent Pump House #3. This building will support community activities at Center Street's <br />Municipal Plaza.
