All three <br />of these major elements (Municipal Plaza, <br />Center Street, east frontage public spaces) <br />will seamlessly fit together, including <br />consistent materials, finishes and <br />furnishings to create a unique identity and <br />inviting destination crossroads in the heart <br />of the COR District. <br />15 <br />
