Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-139 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br />OF "COR FOUR" <br />RECITALS <br />1. Aldi Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee" has properly applied for final plat <br />approval on the property legally described as follows: <br />Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, COR TWO, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />("Subject Property") <br />2. That the City of Ramsey is the fee owner of the Subject Property with the intent to <br />subdivide it and sell one lot to the Permittee for the purpose of constructing a retail grocery <br />store. <br />3. That the Planning Commission was scheduled to review the proposal at its meeting on June <br />22, 2023, but the meeting was canceled due to lack of quorum. <br />4. That the public hearing for the proposal was re -advertised for the City Council meeting. <br />5. That the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of "COR FOUR" on July 11, 2023. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the final plat of "COR FOUR" and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the plat. <br />
