Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-151 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLATAND RECIPROCAL <br />INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR "AFFINITY AT THE COR 2ND ADDITION" <br />RECITALS <br />1. CorTrust Bank, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee" has properly applied for plat <br />approval on the property legally described as follows: <br />Outlot A, AFFINITY AT THE COR, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />("Subject Property") <br />2. That the City of Ramsey is the fee owner of the Subject Property with the intent to <br />subdivide it and sell a portion to the Permittee for the purpose of constructing a bank. <br />3. That the Permittee appeared before the Planning Commission for site plan review on May <br />25, 2023 and that said meeting was properly advertised and that the minutes of said meeting <br />are hereby incorporated by reference. <br />4. That the Planning Commission reviewed the Site Plan and Preliminary Plat on May 25, <br />2023, and recommended approval. <br />5. That the City Council reviewed and approved the Preliminary Plat of "Affinity at the COR <br />2nd Addition" on June 13, 2023. <br />6. Conditions of the approval included the requirement for a cross -access and maintenance <br />agreement for the shared driveway from Zeolite Street NW. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the final plat of "Affinity at the COR 2nd <br />Addition" and the associated Reciprocal Ingress/Egress Easement Agreement and authorizes the <br />Mayor and City Administrator to sign the plat and those documents. <br />
