Contractor Bid <br />Diversified Paving $499,650.00 <br />Allied Blacktop Company $626,875.00 <br />Asphalt Surface Technologies Corp. $712,500.00 <br />Engineer's Estimate $455, 000.00 <br />WHEREAS, the bid of Diversified Paving of Saint Cloud, Minnesota, in the amount of <br />$499,650.00 for the total bid for construction of the improvements in accordance with the approved plans <br />and specifications and advertisement for bids, is the lowest responsible bidder and their bid shall be and <br />hereby is accepted. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1.) <br />The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of <br />the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 1 lth day of July, 2023. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #23-154 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
