All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the proposed request. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Sketch Plan Review for a proposed single family <br />residential development on the property located along the east side of Nowthen Boulevard, north of 167th <br />Ave and South of Brookside Elementary School, generally known as and legally described as follows: <br />OUTLOT C HARMONY FARMS, SUBJECT TO EASEMENT OF RECORD & <br />OUTLOT B HARMONY FARMS, SUBJECT TO EASEMENT OF RECORD <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />ALTHOUGH THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC HEARING, THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. <br />The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, <br />information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such <br />a request should contact Dana Verbeek at 763-433-9824 by noon on Wednesday, July 19, 2023. <br />All interested persons are invited to join remotely from a PC, Mac, Linus, IOS, or Android at <br />www.citvoframsev.com/meetins.
