Voting No: None. <br />6.05: PUBLIC HEARING - Easement vacation in COR TWO. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Planning Manager Larson reviewed the Staff report concerning the easement vacation in COR <br />TWO since being modified because of the Aldi project. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Kuzma called the public hearing to order at 7:46 p.m. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Woestehoff, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Kuzma, Councilmembers Riley, Woestehoff, Howell, <br />Musgrove, Olson, and Specht. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:47 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to adopt Resolution #23- <br />150 vacating drainage and utility easements in the plat of COR TWO. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Kuzma, Councilmembers Riley, Olson, Howell, Musgrove, <br />Specht, and Woestehoff. Voting No: None. <br />7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />7.00: Adopt Resolution #23-156 Denying a Massage Establishment and Massage Therapy <br />License - Please Note: This case was pulled from the Consent Agenda (5.11) and put <br />on the Regular Agenda as Case 7.0. <br /> <br />Economic Development Manager Sullivan reviewed the Staff report concerning the <br />recommendation to deny a massage establishment and massage therapy license. He noted Police <br />Chief Katers is recommending denial after the completion of the background license. He stated <br />that the basis for the denial is due to the City Ordinance requirements for education not being <br />satisfied as the school that was listed is not accredited by the U.S. Department of Education and <br />City Council / July 11, 2023 <br />Page 9 of 19 <br /> <br /> <br />
