Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-160 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR BUNKER LAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK FOURTH ADDITION AND BLIP BUILDING 5 <br />WHEREAS, PSD, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Site Plan and <br />Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, Bunker Lake Industrial Park 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Or upon platting: <br />Lots 1-2, Block 1, Bunker Lake Industrial Park Fourth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat and Site Plan of Bunker Lake Industrial <br />Park Fourth Addition and BLIP Building 5 on July 11, 2023. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Development Agreement for Bunker <br />Lake Industrial Park Fourth Addition and BLIP Building 5 in accordance with relevant City Codes, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 25th <br />day of July, 2023. <br />
