NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to execute the new Professional <br />Services Agreement with SEH, Inc. to revise the approved plans and re-bid said <br />improvements for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey, contingent on City Attorney <br />review and approval of the agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Acting Mayor Riley <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />th <br />this the 25 day of July, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #23-168 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
