<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #23-160 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR BUNKER <br />LAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK FOURTH ADDITION AND BLIP BUILDING 5 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PSD, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for Site <br />Plan and Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />rd <br />Outlot A, Bunker Lake Industrial Park 3 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Or upon platting: <br /> <br />Lots 1-2, Block 1, Bunker Lake Industrial Park Fourth Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat and Site Plan of Bunker Lake <br />Industrial Park Fourth Addition and BLIP Building 5 on July 11, 2023. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Development Agreement for <br />Bunker Lake Industrial Park Fourth Addition and BLIP Building 5 in accordance with <br />relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Acting Mayor Riley <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
