4.02: Consider Approval of Second Amendment to Purchase Agreement for Ramsey <br />Properties, LLC (A portion of this meeting may be closed to public) <br />Economic Development Manager Sullivan presented the staff report. <br />Member Riley commented that this seems to just better align dates and is a difference of one <br />month. <br />Motion by Member Johnson, seconded by Member Olson, to recommend to City Council to <br />approve the Second Amendment to Purchase Agreement for Ramsey Properties, LLC, as <br />presented; subject to City Attorney review. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Stewart, Members Johnson, Olson and Riley. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Wiyninger and Members Howell, Lindahl, and <br />MacLennan. <br />4.03: Receive 2023 Business Expo Summary and Select 2024 Venue and Date <br />Economic Development Manager Sullivan presented the staff report. <br />Motion by Member Johnson, seconded by Member Riley, to select Adrenaline Sports Center as <br />the home of the 2024 Business Expo and to reserve the venue for April 27 and to budget and <br />allocate $5,000 from the EDA (9230-6249 and 9230-6246). <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Stewart, Members Johnson, Riley, and Olson <br />and Riley. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Wiyninger and Members Howell, Lindahl, <br />and MacLennan. <br />5. MEMBER / STAFF UPDATE <br />Economic Development Manager Sullivan provided an update on parcel 46 and plans for Zeolite <br />Street. He also provided an update on development interest and activity. <br />6. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Member Olson, seconded by Member Johnson, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion carried.
