Execution of the acknowledgment on the <br />bid form shall be the bidder's acceptance of the conditions set forth herein. <br />1.02 ACKNOWLEDGMENT: <br />1.03 <br />This addendum shall be acknowledged on the submitted bid form. Failure to do so may result in the <br />rejection of the bid. <br />PROJECT MANUAL: <br />A. <br />Section 00 52 00 — AGREEMENT FORMS <br />1.
