FC CASE # 7

CONSIDER EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR
HIGHWAY #47 CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
LEONARD W. LEVINE & ASSOCIATES, INC.
By: James E. Norman, City Administrator

Background:

The City Council has been working with a variety of issues surrounding the Highway #47
improvement project. The magnitude of the improvement project has brought about a variety of
complex issues. Levine & Associates, Inc., as
the consultant to the Highway #47 improvement project. Funding for the consulting services
would be fi'om the City's Contingency Fund.

Council Action:

Motion to authorize the City Administrator to execute an agreement with Leonard W.
