CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Kuzma called the Closed Session of the City Council to order at 5:32 p.m. <br />2. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />2.01: Attorney / Client Privilege Discussion of Preliminary Term Sheet for Tax Increment <br />Financing Project with Presbyterian Homes - Closed to the Public <br />Economic Development Manager Sullivan reviewed the Staff report in regard to the Presbyterian <br />Homes project and requested a closed session for this discussion. <br />Staff received direction from the Council <br />3.
