Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #23-196 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF "FOSTER ADDITION" RECITALS 1. The City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee" has properly applied for plat approval on the property legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, and OUTLOT A, BURY & CARLSON ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota AND OUTLOT A and B, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota AND OUTLOT C and D, A.E.0 ENERGY PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota AND That part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25 described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said East Half; thence South along the West line of said East Half 409.44 feet to the point of beginning; thence East at right angle 11 feet; thence South at right angle 264 feet; thence West at right angle 11 feet to said West line; thence North along said West line to point of beginning, Anoka County, Minnesota AND That part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit: Commencing at the northeast corner of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence South 1 degree 42 minutes 57 seconds West (assumed bearing) along the east line of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 409.61 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract to be hereby described; thence North 88 degrees 48 minutes 35 seconds West a distance of 156.41 feet; thence South 0 degrees 45 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 264.14 feet; thence South 88 degrees 48 minutes 35 seconds East a distance of 145.04 feet to the east line of said West Half
