Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-199 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2024 NE RAMSEY <br />STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #24-03 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Ford Brook Estates <br />3rd, Rodeo Hills Estates, Valley View Acres, and Section 01 Unplatted north of CR 27 subdivisions as <br />identified within the 2023 — 2032 10-Year Capital Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, proposals were received for engineering design services, including preparing final <br />plans and specifications for 2024 NE Ramsey Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #24-03 for <br />$174,000.00 from Hakanson Anderson. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby directs the Mayor and City Administrator to execute the proposal <br />from Hakanson Anderson to prepare final plans and specifications for 2024 NE Ramsey Street <br />Reconstructions, Improvement Project #24-03. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 22nd day of August, 2023. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
