It can be funded using a combination of Pavement Management Funds (Bonding / Tax Levy), and Storm <br />Water Utility Funds. If additional work on sanitary sewer or watermain is discovered during project design, <br />associated work is proposed to be paid through the respective utility funds. Staff proposes to construct these <br />improvements as a stand-alone project. Staff proposes to bid and award 2024 projects as close together as <br />practical, which generally allows for a better bidding environment for the City.
