Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-202 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR JUNIPER WOODS <br />1ST — 3RD STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMETN PROJECT #24-12 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Juniper Woods 1st, <br />2nd, and 3rd subdivision as identified within the 2023 — 2032 10-Year Capital Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #23-130, adopted June 13, 2023, the <br />City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolton & Menk, Inc., for topographic survey of the <br />project area; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #23-129, adopted June 27, 2023, the <br />City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies, Inc., for a <br />geotechnical report of the project area; and <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for Juniper Wood 1st — <br />3rd Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #24-12. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for <br />Juniper Woods 1st — 3rd Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #24-12. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 22nd day of August, 2023. <br />Mayor <br />
