Paved off-street parking spaces, driveways, and drive aisles shall <br />be provided in accordance with the specifications in this Code in any district whenever any new use <br />is established or existing use is enlarged. Screening as described in this section may be required <br />where it is ne-eessary o protect the -a -esthetic characteristics of residential neighborhoods (onc <br />space equals 300 square fcct). when application of these regulations results in a requirement of a <br />fractional spaec, any fraction up to and inelu ing onc half -hall be disregarded. Fractions over onc <br />f shall count as onc additional space, For uses not listed in the following table, a parking <br />justification report shall be submitted to the zoning administrator explaining the anticipated parking <br />needs based on the number of employees, customers, and visitors. <br />Use <br />Bowling alleys <br />Offices (excluding medical/dental). <br />Clubs, lodginghouscs <br />,Churches, Assembly Uses: Religious Institutions, <br />theaters <br />Convenience store, with and without gas sales <br />Drive ins <br />#espitals <br />Industrial and manufacturing <br />Office warehouse <br />Medical/dental clinics <br />Hotels/Motels <br />Outdoor Salcs and open auto sales lots <br />Retail shopping <br />Parking Space Required <br />Five spaces per lane. <br />One space for each 300 square feet offices <br />(excluding medical dental of floor space). <br />One space for each 100 square feet of floor area. <br />One space for each three seats auditoriums, <br />-mortuaries or for each five fcct of pcw and other <br />places of length assembly of design capacity. <br />One space for each 250 square feet of floor space. <br />Parking at each service pump qualifies as a parking <br />space for calculation purposes. <br />At -4cast 15 spaces for those serving food and <br />cshmcnts and at least 10 spaces for all others. <br />49-ec space for each four beds and an additional <br />space for each employee. <br />One space for each 1000 square feet of floor <br />space. <br />The minimum number e~f spaecs shall be <br />calculate-d by using parking spaec standards for <br />office and industrial use-s applied to the <br />corresponding floor space, <br />Three spaces per doctor/dentist. <br />One space for each unit and one space for each <br />employee. <br />Mefchandisc displays in e-pen gales .,ales4ots and <br />in outdoor sales premises shall have a minimum <br />setback of 20 fcct from the -front property line and <br />shall provide one parking space for each SOO <br />square fcct of merchandise arca; except that, fe-r <br />auto gales-l-ots, the-e shall be -one parking space <br />for each 10 autos displayed. <br />One space for each 200 square feet of floor space <br />for retail uses under 20,000 square feet.
