RESOLUTION 2006- <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT NO. 89336, A JOINT POWERS <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />THE CITY OF ANOKA, THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AND BURNS TOWNSHIP FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR PRELIMINARY DESIGN OF <br />TRUNK HIGHWAY 47 BETWEEN CSAH 22 (VIKING BOULEVARD) AND TH 10 IN <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Ramsey City Council enter into a Joint Powers <br />Agreement for Alignment Concepts, Preliminary Design, Environmental Review and Official <br />Mapping of TH 47 between CSAH 22 (Viking Boulevard) and TH 10 in Anoka County, <br />Agreement Number 89336, with the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation and <br />Anoka County, the City of Anoka, and Bums Township for the following purpose, to wit: <br /> <br /> Alignment concepts for at least three (3) alternative alignments, an Environmental <br />Assessment Worksheet (EAW) Level One Geometric Layout, and Official Mapping for TH 47 <br />from approximately CSAH 22 (Viking Boulevard) to the intersection of TH 10 and with <br />consideration for access modifications, and connection to TH 10, with analysis of local street <br />connections and improved circulation for vehicles, tracks, bicyclists and pedestrians. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby <br />authorized to execute such agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
