Couucihrlember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #O6-05-.XYXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS .AxND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR iMPROVEMENT PROJECT #06-24 EBONY <br />ABDIJ-iON UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the Hakanson Anderson Associates h~c. has prepared plans and specifications <br />for Improvement Project 06-24 which consist of bituminous surfacing, drainage improvements, <br />sanitary sewer, watermain, and miscellaneous construction on Ebony Street iTrom 141s~ Avenue to <br />McKinley Street; and bituminous surfacing and drainage improvements on McKinley Street from <br />Ebony Street to the western boundary of the Ebony Addition; and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the council for approval. <br /> <br />NOW TtlERJEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOIGk COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Such ptans and specifications, a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper an <br />advertisement Ibr bids upon the making of such improvement under such plans and <br />spccifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />..... ___, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voled in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the fo/lowing voted again~t the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City CotmciI this the <br />23rd day of May, 2006. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> -103- <br /> <br /> <br />
