AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Th.e following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Residential to Plmmed Unit <br />Development (PUD): <br /> <br />The north 330.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, <br />Township 32, Range 25, together with an easement for road purposes over the west <br />33.00 lbet of that part of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 23 which lies north of <br />County State Aid Highway No. 5, according to the United States Government survey <br />thcrco~; Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />Tim City is hereby instructed to canse this amendment to be shoxvn on the "Cib, of Ramsey <br />Zoning Mai)", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
