Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #06-05~ RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A.N INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE ON AN UNIMPROVED SURFACE 1N THE R-1 ILESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, RV World: Inc., hereinafter rerun'ed to as "Applicant", has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (tl~e "City") for an Interim Use Pe~ ~it (Pmwnit) ibr outdoor storage of Recreational Velffcles (P,,Vs) and travel trailers on an unimproved suri~ace on tt~e property located at 14453 Llama St. and legatly described as follows: The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the City Counei[ met on May 23, 2006 to review the request for an interim use permit for outdoor storage on an unimproved surface on the Subject Property. W[-iEREAS, the CiW Council adopted Resolution 06-05-.__ adopting Findings of Fact # .... relating to the Applicant's request for a Permit to allow ontdoor storage on an unimproved surPace in the R-1 Resideutial district. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Tiffs permit is denied pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the l~amsey City Code, based on Findings o£ Fact # 2) The RVs and travel trailers ~nust be removed from the Subject Property by , 2006. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _, and upon vote being token thereon, the lbllowing voted in £avor thereof: and the ibllowing voted against the same: and the tbllowing abstained: and the fbllowing were absent: whereupon said resolutioa was declared duly passed al~d adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23~ day of May, 2006.
