Councllmember introduced the follo~ving resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> I~SOLUTION # 06-05- <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING I?INAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVER PINES 6TM <br /> ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Oakwood Land Development., hereafter referred to as "Developer", <br /> properly applied £or final plat approval of the following described properly located in the City of <br /> Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 3, River Pines 5th Addition <br /> <br /> -or upon recording- <br /> <br /> Lot 1 and 2, Block 1, River Pines 6th Addition <br /> <br /> (the 'Subject Property'); <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, on October 31, 2006, the City of Ramsey received an application and <br /> sketch plan lbr River Pines 6~h Addition fi'om the "Developer"; and <br /> <br /> WHEP, J~,AS, the Platming Commission reviewed the sketch plan on December 1, 2005; <br />and recommended to move it forward to the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEPdgAS, on February 27, 2006, the City of Ramsey received an application for Final <br />plat for River Pines 6th Addition.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 23, 2006, t'be City Council approved the Final plat subject to <br />compliance with City Staff Review Letter revised May 19, 2006; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE crrY oF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OlP MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to River Pines 6th Addition in <br /> accordnnce with relevmzt City Codes, subject to the fi)llowing conditions: <br /> a) Compliance with City StalTReview Letter dated May 19, 2006. <br /> b) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The nrotion fbr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the Ibllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br />
