Hnder Minn. Statutes § t 5.06 l State is empowered to engage such assistauce as deemed necessary. <br />2. Minnesota Statntes ~ 471.59 authorizes State, County, the City of Anoka, the City of Ramsey and <br /> Bnrns Township to enter into this Agreement. <br />3. State is in need of preliminary design, environmeutal assessment and official mapping services for <br /> T.H. 47 fi'om approximately Couuty State Aid Highway 22 (Viking Boulevard) to the intersection of <br /> T.H. 10 in the Cities of Anoka and Ramsey and in Burns Township. <br />4. County will act as lead agency arid will provide day-to-day project management for this AFeement. <br />5. State, County, tile City. of Aaoka, the City of 1,~amsey and Burns Township have each cormnit~ed <br /> funding toward the cost of services to be provided in this Agreement. <br />6. County represents that it is duly qualified and agrees to perform ail services described in this <br /> Agreement to the satisfaction of State, the City of Anoka, tile City of Ramscy and Burns Township. <br /> <br /> 2kgreeulent <br />Term el' Agreement <br />1.1 Effective date: The date State obtains all required si~nratures under Minnesota Statutes Section <br /> 16C.05, subdivision 2. <br />1.2 Expiratio~ date: April 15, 2007, or until all obligations have been satisfactorily fulfilled, <br /> ~vhichever occurs first. <br />1.3 Survival of Terms: The following clauses survive the expiration or temxination of this <br /> Agreement: 6 - L/ability; 7 - State Audits; 8 - Government Data Practices; 9 - h~tellectnaI <br /> Prope. rry; 10 -- Venue. <br />1.4 Exhibits: Exhibits A and B are attacbed and inco~3oratcd into this A~eement; <br /> <br />Scope of Work and I)eliverables (all activity code 1129) <br />2.1 Pnrsuant to applicable laws, County will enter into a subcootract with a consultant to perfom~ <br /> the following tasks: <br /> 2.1.1 Environmental Docmncntation <br /> 2.1.2 Concept Layonts aud Geometric Layout Preparation, Including Profiles, Typical <br /> Sections and Cross-Sections <br /> 2.1.3 Traffic Analysis <br /> 2. 1.4 Cost Estimates <br /> 2.1.5 Desi.~m Stndy Report <br /> 2. 1.6 Project Management, Meetings and Coordination <br /> 2. 1.7 Official Map <br /> <br /> Page 1 o~'? <br /> <br /> <br />
