ORDINANCE NO. 06- <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY <br />LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />Tho City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECT'ION 1. PURPOSE <br /> <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to se[I certain real property which <br />property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary, tbr the Ci~'s purposes. This <br />chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby dec[ares the fi)llowing Iegally descr/bed real property owned by the <br />City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Third Addition, Anoka Count2?, Minnesota. <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> <br /> The City Council has by a properly enacted resolution determined the consideration and <br />terms upon which tiao above described property may be sold. <br /> <br />SECT'[ON 4.
