The public hearing was closed at 7:12 p.m. Council Business Mayor Gamcc called the regul~ City Council meeting back to order at 7:12 p.m. Cou~ncilmember Elvig questioued if the easement includes a setback. Civil Engiaeer JI Linton replied Coborn's building was bnilt into the easement~ and the easement is being moved outside of tile foundation. This is a 30-foot wide easement and will be an adequate width for a ditch or ~otber pipe if needed. Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to introdnce an ordinance to vacate the drainage ,'md utility easements contaioed on Lot I, Block 1, Rarnsey Town Center 3rd Addition.
