Councilmeinber ___ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #06-05-XLXX <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING 8TM PARTIAL PAYMENT TO ADOLFSON & PETERSON <br /> FOR #02-34P RAMSEY MUNICIPAL PA1LKING FACILITY <br /> <br /> YVI!EREAS, the design of this project was authorized by the City CounciI at their July <br /> 27, 2004 regular City Council meeting; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held and the project was authorized by the City <br /> Council at their February 22, 2005 regular City Council meeting; and <br /> <br /> WI-IEFG~AS, the final site plan for improvement project #02-34 have been prepared by <br />LSA Dcsigo and approved by the City Council at their May 10, 2005 regular City Council <br />meeting; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the antborization to advertisement for bids for this project was approved on <br />May 24, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WI~IERF. AS, on August 10, 2004, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04-11- <br />335 authorizing plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 12, 2005, the Rarnsey City Council awarded the contract for IP #02- <br />34 to Adoll'son & Peterson; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment to Adolfson & Peterson in the amount of $515,616.09. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal' Engineer, B(ian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payraent to Adolfson & Peterson in the amount of $546,393.45. <br /> <br /> WHEILEAS, P~Sncipal Engineer, Brian Otson has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment to Adolfson & Peterson in the amount of $423,203.90. <br /> <br /> WISEP, EAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br />recounncnds partial payment to Adol£son & Peterson in the amount of $1,086,518.92. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PtSncipal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the cornpleted ~vork and <br />recommen~ls partial pa.vment to Adolfson & Peterson m the amount of $774,080.93. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment to Adolfson & Peterson m the amount of $770,007.06. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-05-X~XX <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> -93- <br /> <br /> <br />
