2. 1. <br />CC Work Session <br />Meeting Date: 09/12/2023 <br />PrimaryStrategic Plan Initiative: Identify and implement operational efficiencies, cost savings and additional <br />g funding sources. <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Final 2024 Budget/Levy Review Before Preliminary Adoption on 9-26-23 <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Continuation of the discussion pertaining to the 2024 General Fund Budget and tax levies. One further review <br />before preliminary adoption. <br />City Council and staff reviewed personnel requests at the last worksession of August 22 and the only change was <br />to stagger the start dates of the maintenance workers and mechanic to net a savings of $85,000 which was the <br />annual expense of one full-time position.
