<br />define the City’s maintenance responsibilities for various infrastructure constructed as part of the <br />Ramsey Gateway Highway 10 improvements project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties agree it is in the best interest of the public to construct the <br />improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into <br />MnDOT Agreement No. 1052605 with the State of Minnesota, Department of <br />Transportation, to provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of the <br />costs of the construction engineering in connection with the City water main and sanitary <br />sewer construction to be performed upon, along, and adjacent to Trunk Highway 10 from <br />0.37 miles east of Armstrong Boulevard (County State Aid Highway \[CSAH\] 83) TO 0.57 <br />miles east of Sunfish Lake Boulevard (CSAH 57) and on CSAH 56 from 0.02 miles south <br />of TH 10/169 to 0.40 miles south of Bunker Lake Boulevard (CSAH 116) and on CSAH <br />57 from TH 10/169 to 0.11 miles south of Bunker Lake Boulevard (CSAH 116) and on <br />Riverdale Drive from 0.15 miles west of Ramsey Boulevard to 0.13 miles east of Ramsey <br />Boulevard, and on Sunfish Lake Boulevard from Riverdale Drive to TH 10 under State <br />Project 002-596-026 and State Project 0202-116 (TH 10=003). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution #23-172 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
