The County will perform grading, bituminous surfacing, ADA improvements, retaining walls, noise walls, high <br />tension cable guardrail, TMS, lighting, roundabouts, and Bridges 02061, 02062, 02591, and 02592 <br />construction and other associated construction upon, along, and adjacent to Trunk Highway (TH) 10 from <br />0.37 miles east of Armstrong Boulevard (County State Aid Highway [CSAH] 83) TO 0.57 miles east of Sunfish <br />Lake Boulevard (CSAH 57) and on CSAH 56 from 0.02 miles south of TH 10/169 to 0.40 miles south of Bunker <br />Lake Boulevard (CSAH 116) and on CSAH 57 from TH 10/169 to 0.11 miles south of Bunker Lake Boulevard <br />(CSAH 116) and on Riverdale Drive from 0.15 miles west of Ramsey Boulevard to 0.13 miles east of Ramsey <br />Boulevard, and on Sunfish Lake Boulevard from Riverdale Drive to TH 10 according to County -prepared <br />plans, specifications, and special provisions designated by the County as State Project (SP) 002-596-026 and <br />by the City and the State as SP 0202-116 (TH 10=003) (Project); and <br />2. The County requests the State participate in the costs of the grading, bituminous surfacing, ADA <br />improvements, retaining walls, noise walls, high tension cable guardrail, TMS, lighting, and roundabouts <br />construction and the State is willing to participate in the costs of said construction; and <br />-1- <br />Payable Standard <br />
