CITY OF RAMSEY RESOLUTION IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Ramsey enter into MnDOT Agreement 1052605 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes: To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of the costs of the construction engineering in connection with the City water main and sanitary sewer construction to be performed upon, along, and adjacent to Trunk Highway 10 from 0.37 miles east of Armstrong Boulevard (County State Aid Highway [CSAH] 83) TO 0.57 miles east of Sunfish Lake Boulevard (CSAH 57) and on CSAH 56 from 0.02 miles south of TH 10/169 to 0.40 miles south of Bunker Lake Boulevard (CSAH 116) and on CSAH 57 from TH 10/169 to 0.11 miles south of Bunker Lake Boulevard (CSAH 116) and on Riverdale Drive from 0.15 miles west of Ramsey Boulevard to 0.13 miles east of Ramsey Boulevard, and on Sunfish Lake Boulevard from Riverdale Drive to TH 10 under State Project 002-596-026 and State Project 0202-116 (TH 10=003). IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the (Title) are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
