<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #23-207 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF ANOKA COUNTY OWNED HIGHWAY <br />PROPERTIES FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT TRAINING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka County is the owner of certain buildings located on Highway 10 at <br />Ramsey Blvd. and Highway 10 at Sunfish Lake Blvd., in the city of Ramsey, Minnesota, which <br />are more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Highway Properties”); and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, User desires to use the Highway Properties for its Fire Department exercise <br />training, not to include any live burn training; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Owner has agreed to allow the User to use the Highway Properties at a <br />cost of $0.00, pursuant to the terms and conditions in this agreement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />1) In consideration of the mutual understandings and agreements hereafter set forth, the <br />Owner and User agree to the terms of the Use Agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
